"Picked up a chair being held for me since the Muncie store was out of stock. After it was removed from the box and put together the lower left corner is scuffed/damaged. The only recourse for restitution on the matter was to bring the chair clear back to the Anderson store or take pictures and bring them in to the Anderson store. It's 2022 they sent my receipt via email, but I have to drive 20 mi one way to get them the pictures. Last time I spend money at Big Lots. Their customer service absolutely Sucks! Buyer beware!"
