"We have had nothing but problems from the guy that installed our pool. His name is Fred McMillan and he will not even return our calls. It’s been almost a month and we have to try to reach him on different phones every time. Then he does not answer the new number. Here are the problems we are having: (1) Pool steps were not level. (2). Leak around skimmer and fittings. He did return and fix the leak around the skimmer. When he leveled the pool steps he created another leak and will not return and fix it. Be careful who you choose to install your pool. Pioneer pools has tried to help us but we have had no results and may end up in court."
