"We are down here to paint the addition the collage built for the welding class they are going to be offering starting around the first of the year. I've had some interactions with some of the staff and they seem to genuinely care about there students success in life and not just brainwashing them like so many universities are doing nowadays but I digress, it seems to be a good place to further you education, with wholesome people that really care."

"I was invited to a graduation. I'm guessing those were ambassadors in the front greeting guest. They were very welcoming and friendly. The ceremony started at 10 am and ended in 30 minutes. That's what I call "in and out""

"I had Wendy Dees for PreCal online. The WORST experience I’ve ever had with a teacher and course. She did not respond to emails, the whole online course was terribly dis-organized, we never knew what was going to be on the exams and it just felt like one big joke. The exams were harder than anything I’ve ever taken. (coming from a full time PreMed student at Auburn University on the Dean’s List continually)I thought I was the only one struggling so I reached out to my classmates online and literally EVERYONE was failing her exams, and majority of these people had completed their homework, gone to tutoring and emailed her just like I did. We all were struggling so bad and Wendy Dees did NOT care one bit. I still have PTSD from this experience. Seriously, my online class started with around 23 people and there were only 9 people left when I dropped the course. TERRIBLE!!!! Why would anyone want to take a course or classes through this Teacher/community college when they truly do not care if you pass or fail the course? I met with her and the Dean to try to find a resolution to this, and there was none. Ms. Dees covered every reason I presented with a sorry excuse. The Dean, who is supposed to act as a NEUTRAL person to resolve the issue, completely and utterly 100% took Wendy Dees side. The WHOLE time. Incredibly unprofessional. I emailed Wendy Dees to let her know that I was most likely going to drop the class to see if she had any last pieces of advice and never heard back from her. The whole experience was completely awful, I can’t stress it enough. DO NOT TAKE WENDY DEES AND DO NOT TAKE ANY CLASSES AT COASTAL ALABAMA IN MONROEVILLE! You will thank me later. They are a complete joke! They make things WAY more complicated and unfair than it needs to be. It’s a community college. Not Harvard. I’ve spoken to several Professors, students and my Advisor and they all agreed that this was a terrible experience and sounded like a joke."
