"Excellent instructors who get to know their students and give them level-appropriate feedback. As an educator, I appreciate the efficient use of time in class-not a minute wasted. Instructors build confidence, discipline, and respect in students. App features allow students to practice at home. The benefits from MMA have extended beyond the classes. Our son has had substantially improved physical fitness (as measured by school fitness testing). Homework is much less of a battle, since he knows it needs to be done in order to come to class. We very much appreciate and recommend MMA!"

"Traditional taekwondo and jiu jitsu. The staff are great people and very helpful. I've seen bad reviews about this place, but I really don't get where that comes from. The instructors are fun, and they are serious about what they do. They aren't bullies or anything like that. After months of taking my kids here I now am enrolled to get my black belt along with my wife. It's really fun and challenging. Everyone there is willing to help you learn to become better."
