"Rented a hot tub room, didn't get to use the tub or the shower, there was no hot water, the tile in bathroom was cracked and busted, you could cut your feet, the outside door was always unlocked, so no security, had to drive home more than 2 hours with no shower, the TV remote barely works, made my blood pressure go up, and my anxiety go crazy, the vending machine kept taking our money and not giving us what we paid for. Shouldn't have to pay for this stay. Didn't get any quality"

"First of all this place is in the middle of nowhere. Carpet in hallways and stairs looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in 6 months. It's 2 stories and there is no elevator. All entrances were open so anyone could walk in at anytime so that's unsafe. There were people partying with loud music at the end of our hallway upstairs. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke and pot. Hot water was a hit or miss. We always stay with Choice Hotels but this is the worst one that we've ever stayed in. Really surprised they have this status. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was okay. That's about the only good thing I can say."

"When we checked in ( me and 2 teen girls) the desk guy said the wifi was out but they were there to fix it. So no big deal. We stated to our rooms and my girls started complaining that the hallways smelled like Marijuana. The room smelled kinda musty. . Since the wifi wasn't working I suggested we go to the pool. NOPE!! The gate had a padlock on it..I went to the front desk and asked what the deal was. The pool was broken and wasn't going to be fixed any time soon. Oh hell no. I was not staying in a hotel with 2 teen girls with no wifi and no pool. We went back to the room. Changed out of our swim suits and went down to check out. There was a lady at the desk this time and she was a little rude. I did get a refund tho. Thankfully."

"1. This place looks and smells old. 2. When we were walking to our room the hallway smelled like pot. 3. The room was clean. 4. The wifi was not working. 5. The pool was not working. My 2 teenage daughters were not happy. We checked back out within the hour. Have yet to get the refund. Edit..I did get the refund"

"Not the cleanest room. Has a Bates Motel vibe here. No fire alarm just wires hanging out of the wall. The phone doesn't work. Random people have been knocking on my door and being creepy. When I called the front desk from my phone they didn't seem to care at all. It doesn't feel safe here."
