"I wish I could give 5 negative stars. The new driver will not deliver to my house. This all started in December. For a while she would drop off packages at the Dollar General. Now she has managed to make my address undeliverable rather than doing that. So now anything that is ordered and shipped by FedEx. The order is canceled. Can’t get in touch with anyone to help me.I have created multiple cases and FedEx is never called me back. The other day, a package finally showed up as delivered, and it got delivered to the wrong house, signed by somebody I have no clue who it is, and once again, when I created a case with FedEx, I have not gotten any response."

"Where do I start with THEODORE FEDEX yall need better training....so many pkgs I have not received not misplaced but straight stolen...a $1200 phone to be exact..I received an empty box.Ive purchased at least 4 brand new phones through mail and received everything that comes with it, sealed. Not this time the seal was broken and only the cord and block was inside of the phne box.I had to do a police report, yes officer came out for a cell phone smdh. Several pkgs were open n reboxed only to find out items were missing. Thanks to 3 companies I frequently shop with did resend my items free of no charge and were very apologetic and they were nowhere near at fault. The site need to have a closer eye or cameras on their handlers because this has gotten ridiculous. I wish I could pick my delivery service with certain companies, at this point I think my name has been flagged..waiting on a pkg that shouldve been delivered Fri(1/26) it's now Sun(1/28). May just gone and take this L. Thought I'd try another route and have pkgs sent to a FedEx pickup site to show ID but still its delayed on the truck that's out for delivery..definitely the handlers/drivers stealing. I wouldve given a -0, but had to give a 1 to leave a review."

"Like many others have stated, this region (or maybe just FedEx in general) has drivers who are much better at hitting the “customer not available” button than following directions to leave a package. Maybe they are incentivized or paid the same way whether they drop the package off or never even drive by the address and just say they couldn’t find it. It’s a perfect storm because their online and phone customer support is also the worst in the business. If you want a package actually delivered on time use USPS, UPS, or DHL."

"2 days in a row FedEx says they can't find my address. I got on maps and found them. I am 40 min. Away. Like walking distance to a HWY. I don't have any problems getting mail from post office or UPS. If my package doesn't come soon, I may have to go pick it up in Theodore. Sucks!!!!"

"They've really gotten horrible at customer service. It's totally surprising. They destroyed and lost a bunch of my equipment that was for a mission-critical site. Got the ridiculous run around for shipping batteries to the site that my battery supplier shipped me with FEDEX ground. So I ended up using UPS. The manager was very professional and polite about the situation that I know wast his fault. This has cost me over 4k in damages."
