Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jasper, an IHG Hotel

"Great location, just outside of Jasper. We were visiting Holidayworld and it was just a 15 ride. The rooms were nice. My only complaint was, no exhaust fan in bathroom and the taste of the water. Maybe it was me, but the water had a funny taste, made it kinda hard to brush my teeth. We arrived really late, but the front desk clerk was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend this location."

"Just another hotel in our travels. I don't know what all anyone expects in a one night stay. It served its purpose. It was clean, quiet, and affordable."

"Room was average. Staff is not always at counter and sometimes a timely wait. A little off the path but close to other hotel. Food was a bit of a drive. It was quiet and no pot smoking in this one for a welcomed change."

"We stayed in this hotel for my daughter’s softball tournament and enjoyed the arcade, pool and lobby! Plenty of room to hang as a team and the breakfast had a lot to choose from! Amy at the front desk was more than accommodating and a pleasure to talk to."

"I have stayed at this hotel twice and will NEVER stay there again. I travel to Huntingburg/Jasper frequently and while the staff is friendly everything else is terrible. On both stays, the room was not cleaned. Trash was left from previous stays, coffee grounds/stains on the counter tops and toothpaste splatter still on mirror in the bathroom. In addition, the pool had dead bugs floating in the water and trash/food all over the pool deck. Our second stay was a two night stay. I was extremely unhappy with our first room for an handful of reasons and requested a new room. The new room and keys that were given to me were for a room that was already occupied. I was not happy about the unsafe situation I was put in for their lack of planning. As well, both stays they were “out of pancake mix” and had a very small selection of choices to eat for breakfast. Not to mention of the choices that were left, cereal was one of them. While waiting to get cereal, I overheard another guest talking and they said they would not recommend the cereal because they found bugs in their cereal from the day prior. While walking back to a room, we saw someone cleaning rooms; however, ontop of all the clean towels and bedding the person cleaning had a cheese omelette with hot sauce on a plate sitting ontop of all the clean linen, which now makes sense that our towels and bedding on both stays were dirty. I highly suggest when traveling to Jasper or Huntingburg to book with someone else. I was extremely disappointed when I gave them a second chance and was greeted with more mistakes and terrible conditions the second time around. They clearly are not making any changes to make things better."
