"If you been to a few enough you've undoubtably come to expect a certain level of unorganized merchandising , not very well thought out features racks of stock in every aisle making it difficult to maneuver throughout and the overwhelming presence of payroll being cut to hit whatever mark Corp has set as goal..... Until you enter this store .without knowing volume of the four in this town and knowing where this one stacks up it's hard to compare but the overall look of the store is always what I would thinkthe standard would be take the disgruntled employees the lack of payroll short staff take all that out of it there has to be something different this store versus the others as far as just the straight freight push to the floor and the way it's put up the standards and is the amount that's out for sale not to even bring up the features making sense full ready to shop signage all that stuff is always spot on but I'm not entirely sure how the freight's done at the store for the most part I never really see a ton of boxesand I don't need to move a rack every single a while I go down to in order to find what I came in for II do always see one employee that's always real helpful with me as well I want to say her name is Vanessa or Janessa I know she's got some tattoos on her arms short black hair I believe always real helpful but always always pushinrieghtso I don't know if she I just always thought she was a manager but if she's some sort of freight leader or just in charge of that by all means she needs to be set down and she needs to tell what her secrets are because something majorly different versusthe other stores in the area and ultimately that's the business if it's not on the sales floor it's not able to be sold with ultimately doesn't result in sales so I can't stress this enough is the difference then she's the difference Maker that's for suretake it for what you want I know I see different things coming from a retail background but I'm not the only one that believes this store out of the four or is the best and two of them are open what less than a yearhave her share with the other stores what she does so that they can do something close I guess cuz it makes the difference for real"

"When I visited this Dollar Tree the other day to pick up a few things i felt like it was a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't find an item I was looking for and one of workers there came right to my side to assist me, I think she could see on my face by my facial expression, lol but she never left my side until she found what I was looking for. She was such a sweetheart and was very kind. I will most definitely be coming back here to shop from now on as long as the very helpful Janessa is there. Thank you so much Janessa for all your help!!! You're such a sweetheart!!"
