"Dining area was cold, especially after one of the employees blocked open the exit door, while he checked on, and did light service to his vehicle. He shouldn't have blocked open the door, letting the dining room cool significantly!"

"Went through the drive through lane to order my food but turned out to be a huge mistake. Once you're in the drive through lane, it took about 8 minutes to get to the order screen and another 15 minutes to get my food. The kicker is, once you are in the drive through lane, you are STUCK with no way to leave, up until you get your food. When I did get my food, it was all cold. Burgers don't taste good when they've been sitting by the window and get cold like they've been in the fridge for the past day."

"Don't normally eat burgers anymore. Plus almost $11 for a whopper combo. Place seemed clean parking is always fun. Soda machine only had AHA and Diet coke. So missing 20 ish other ones. Front counter only had Coke and Diet Coke. Whopper with cheese combo was $10.69 and thats with a small fry and small coke. Yikes. Burger was ok cause maybe it was off the broiler. Normally I alway got cold cheese on a cold burger so really stopped eating at BK. How do they run out of that many soda's ?"

"Ordered a whopper. No cheese. Pretty simple, right? Guess not. Received this atrocity instead. Smothered in cheese which I did not want on a cold patty between two pieces of toast. When I called to tell them about it, they immediately hung up."
