We have 2 machines that had been in storage for 3 years, they brought them back to life. TP kept us informed on the progress ever step of the way. One machine needed a special order part that they searched for nation wide so we did not have to wait for the part to come from Japan. The teams only concern was for us and ensuring we received our machines back as soon as possible rather than taking months waiting on a special order part from out of country.
