"If you’re looking for replacement windows look elsewhere. The company that owns them is horrible from top to bottom. We ordered windows mid June and after 4.5 months they finally came in and they were the wrong color and they also tried to upcharge charge us 20 per window after ordering them in mid June 4 months later. I wish I could give no stars"

"Although I did not originally purchase the windows from Alside (they were in the home when I purchased) they were more than helpful replacing failed and faulty parts. Stephanie was amazing in assisting me with the warranty issues, the service technician was communicative, prompt, polite, and highly professional. The apex windows are without question sub par and very low grade, but Alside as a company was fantastic to work with."

"These are the worst windows I have ever had installed. Right from the beginning, the windows were installed incorrectly, did not close, had gaps letting water/air in and have developed mold on the inside panes - leaving us unable to clean them. The customer service has been extremely poor, unresponsive and argumentative. Alside finally admitted to putting the wrong springs in the windows, which caused tension and bowing that is still occurring. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to come and evaluate the problem. Still after 2 years, they have failed to address the mold and bowing in the windows."
