"Terribly horrible experience we had Saturday 2-17-24. I'm very upset with our birthday party we had scheduled for my daughter. The place was way over capacity to the point it wasn't even enjoyable. No fire escape plan, not even sure if they had exit signs. Fire Marshall was called to investigate the issue shortly after our party was over. When asked about capacity fill we were told it was 1000 people (just a number thrown at us basically). The fans weren't working at all and it was 90 degrees inside. My daughter nearly had a heat stroke. Staff was super friendly I must say but very understaffed for how busy they were and extremely overwhelmed. Absolutely the worst experience I've encountered. I have tried calling to contact the owner for days now but have failed to do have any luck. Regardless they lost my business and many of my family and friends have agreed they won't be coming back either sadly. Absolutely awful experience."

"Used to be ok. Very dirty. And why is it so hot?? Bathrooms were disgusting. While in the stall I thought I heard my daughter come in. So I bent down to see if it was her shoes. Turns out the walls of the stalls are so high you can see the whole toilet in the next stall. Thankfully no ones was utilizing it or I would have seen everything. The owners have to be aware because when I went to wash my hands I noticed the stall closest to the door had an extra panel installed on the bottom. It needs to be shut down."

"It's so hot! It was very cold outside today but unbearably hot inside the trampoline area. They have fans that they did not have turned on. It's also very dirty and the obstacle course has been broken and ripped for at least a year. Just disappointing all around for how much they charge."

"My daughter LOVES this place! It's a treat for her, because it's a little bit on the pricey side. They do run specials, on different days, so that helps."

"I want to love this place. I want it to be a fun place for Owensboro’s kiddos. With the way this place is managed it’s definitely not that. It’s so hot in here, no matter what time of year you come in. The employees say the owner controls the temp and they have no way of fixing it. It could also use a good deep cleaning. It was 80 degrees when we arrived it has went up to 83 degrees in 10 minutes. Please do better."
