"We drove 90 min to go look for tile, and they kept blocking all the isles. First one, then another, then all of them. I understand that you need to stock or remove some boxes. Nothing came out of the isles or put in the isles. One isle, we were looking at the tile, and we were trying to match. He waited a min, then said, "You need to leave so we can close the aisle. It was very frustrating. Does anyone know of other tile stores?"

"Highly recommend F&D. As new homeowners, we wanted to make sure we got quality materials and guidance on install. After picking out a tile we liked we bought a sample to bring home to make sure we loved it. F&D partners with Installation Made Easy to help you find a contractor who comes to measure and quote and also sends a shopping list to you and the store for what materials to buy. When we went to buy our materials Garrett was such a HUGE help. He reviewed the shopping list and walked us through the store to show us what we needed and provide recommendations on things like grout color, trim, etc. The customer service has made this process enjoyable and less stressful than we had originally thought it would be."

"There are some legends of customer service who work here. Matt at the Pro desk is kind and informative. He provided us with the tools we needed, excellently answered the questions we had, and gave valuable insight to the creative side of our project while giving us space to find our preferences. Sekou is personable, fun, and accommodating. Tonya graciously helped slog through several of our tile sample returns. Lastly, I appreciated the staff who helped load our order. I believe it was Terrance and two other gentlemen. Again, I really appreciated the customer service I received. I wish Floor and Decor as a network did store to store inventory transfers because I needed a specific color grout and matching caulk that couldn't be ordered online to the Castleton store. I'm confused why I couldn't order the Navajo Brown grout and caulk to Castleton, but no one seemed to have an answer. I ended up calling the Greenwood store and had to pay for them to ship it to my house. I still appreciate my experience with Floor and Decor, and it would be nice to not pay for shipping or be able to order products to the Castleton store that are clearly available within the Floor and Decor network."

"I recommend them to everyone i do work for. They have great products and their budget friendly products and less expensive then the big box stores high end products. You can save substantial money for what you're looking for. So i recommend going here first before going to the big box stores. They have great displays on all their projects and usually have it in stock. I was looking at 1200sqft of flooring and had all in stock."
