"When we arrived the man checking us in was not very friendly and didn’t tell us about any of the amenities or where anything was located. The rooms had tablets which went over everything so that was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The valet staff were great and super friendly and helpful."

"Was looking forward to staying at this well known hotel this was my first time. Right from the start It was beyond difficult to get our car close enough so we could check in terrible car service and chaotic almost got hit! The room was very nice! The electronic check in process did not work in the elevator because you have to have a key to select your floor and you have do it fast- causing frustration so we had to go stand in a long line to get a key card. Next morning we ordered breakfast was told 35-40 mins one hour and half later we finally got it. We had 2- 25$ tickets for in room dining it was not applied at the time of the bill. The worse part of the trip- waiting over an hour to get our valet parked car, no chairs were open in the lobby majority of the time as the lobby was packed full of people- we stood and waited as we watched couple after couple and families get their cars —finally I said something and it was noted that our car still wasn’t being pulled after all that time until I got the manager involved I hate doing that. Of note they did comp our valet payment which we were grateful for — honestly all we wanted was our car in a timely manner as we had over an hour drive. Beautiful hotel but the service was not good at all. I felt sorry for the people getting the cars they were running and very frustrated the hotel did not staff enough people or get cars lined up and ready! I hope The Conrad Hotel of Indianapolis works harder on customer service. Unfortunately It left a bad first impression for me."

"The Conrad is my favorite place to stay, period. The professionalism of the staff is unmatched. We stayed to celebrate our anniversary & birthday. Belle (front desk) helped to make our stay even better. There were one or two minor inconveniences, but they were corrected quickly & didn't disrupt our overall experience."

"My 10-year-old son and I stayed at the Conrad for a fun overnight trip to Indianapolis, and everything far exceeded what we could have imagined for our visit! The hotel is absolutely stunning and even smells amazing as you enter! We were immediately greeted by Dalton at the front desk, who was so wonderful and engaging. He immediately matched my son's energy and enthusiasm for being in "the fanciest hotel we have ever stepped foot into!" He made the whole experience even more magical and joyful. We had the most relaxing and delightful stay, soaking up every bit of luxury from the robes and slippers to the turndown service with chocolates. We couldn't have had a more lovely time or been treated with more hospitality! Thank you to the amazing staff at the Conrad hotel for creating an experience we will always remember! ---Dina & Henry"
