"I am extremely picky about the cleanliness of hotels. In fact, even though we travel a lot, I have not stayed in a clean hotel in at least 3 years. This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! It was perfect. Additionally, the people working at the top of the JW Marriott in the food service were absolutely fantastic and made our stay on Valentine's Day extra special."
"Lizzie and Ditta did a fabulous breakfast in the Executive Lounge! They had the wonderful food prepared and presented just perfect! They worked together so well picking up and cleaning during the very busy morning hour. We enjoyed their happy disposition and friendly smiles!"
"Our bed sheets and comforter had stains on them so we had them replaced. Then the new comfortor had a stain on it and when they cleaned our room our dirty glasses from water and wine did not get taken out. Other than that staying here was fun."
"An amazingly memorable experience. Our room was on the 18th floor, so the view of the city was spectacular. The service was top notch, the rooms are very nice and well worth the price. The only thing that I didn’t appreciate was the $52 PER DAY parking fee. That being said; I’d still recommend the JW Marriott Indianapolis to anyone for both business and/or pleasure."
