"I loved this place , they had a 5 for 20$ Deal!! I made the mistake of picking a CD that I didn’t ended up liking once I listened to it in the car and the Owner had no trouble exchanging it for me. Highly recommend it for their huge selection of Vinyl and CD. I must have spent around 3 hours here, so good!"

"Fantastic record store, even more fantastic customer service. I recently bought some records from Vertical House that I thought were scratched (but they weren't) because my needle was broken. Before realizing my needle was broken, I contacted Vertical House about a refund and they didn't hesitate. They invited me to send the records right back, and asked if I wanted a refund or replacements. The plot thickens! I started looking into my turntable and noticed some issues, and the nice folks at Vertical House—from over 2,000 miles away 'cause I was back home in CA—helped me over the phone in trying to triage my turntable. Long story short, the records they sold me were in great condition and I got a new needle. Vertical House went above and beyond with their customer service. Great down-to-earth people. Highly recommended."
"Big store and lots of records. The owner personally helped me despite a decent crowd. I would say more foreign music would be nice. I have a hard time finding Japanese and French music so it would be nice to have more. Also the jazz could be more organized to time eras. It's a big genre and should be organized in a more detailed way. You can place a custom order though so it's a good compromise."
