"Takes months to schedule ahead for an appointment. The scheduling is a nightmare, very inefficient and unsympathetic to people with mental illness and disabilities. I personally feel like they reschedule appointments when they have over scheduled and place the blame on patients. There was basically standing room only for what I had scheduled in my day planner as a 10:30 a.m. appointment. I scheduled off work for that time frame and arranged for transportation to and from Gautier which is nearly 30 miles away there, and back, with no option for public transportation. I arrived there and was told (like many other patients have been if you check the reviews) that I was thirty minutes late and would have to reschedule. I was flabbergasted, this appointment has been the sole focus of my life. I have been trying to get into therapy and counseling services for a mental health crisis. This clinic seems designed to fail. Most of the positive reviews are full stars and blank. It seems like most of the negative reviews are all saying the same thing. That this clinic goes out of its way to deter patients from seeking mental health access and runs itself loose and likely often illegally. People deserve better. This is such a a stressful struggle on top of already struggling with mental illness. I feel so defeated after this experience."

"Singing river services canceled my COURT ORDERED appointment out of nowhere right before my important court date for my kids Carson and Corrina Scott with Jackson County Youth Court , when asked why was the appointment canceled, they gave me NO REASON... left a message with supervisor."

"This is the most stressful and worst mental health facility I have ever come in contact with in my life. I have been receiving services from them since 2020. And everytime I interact with them I leave feeling stressed. They are disorganized, inconsiderate, and have no compassion for people with disabilities. For intake appointments they always require you to go in office . I told them I was not able to and every time they schedule an appointment it ends up getting canceled or rescheduled which is frustrating. Telehealth needs to be offered for all patients no matter the services being received. I have a high hernia, two stomach ulcers an esophageal ulcer, am underweight and in a wheel chair. I am the process of healing. Not only that I am struggling with agoraphobia and you mean to tell me you can't ask questions over the phone?! I even asked if they could do telehealth in my yard. WHEN I asked whythe lady said I don't know why. THEY MAKE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR THE PATIENT. It's ridiculousness at its finest. I'm tired of this facility. Alot of the people there are disrespectful and rude and they give you the run around when calling . They add to my stress instead of helping me manage my stress."
