"Customer service was great. I visited on New Year’s Eve. They weren’t swamped, but had consistent customer coming in. Once it was my turn, I got all the attention I needed. Questions answered. Lead me exactly to the items I was looking for. Checked me out and wished me a Happy New Year on my way out."

"On November 4, 2023, I tried going to the Party City on University twice and both times it was closed. On the website and answering services it says the store opens at 8am on Sat. I went for 8:15 am and 9:25am both times they were closed. If the store opens at a different times then that needs to be reflected on both the website and phone."

"I would give 0 if possible. Don’t shop at party city. They will steal your money. They will give you the wrong items and tell you that all they can do is switch it for something that you don’t want. I ordered an adult costume. Pretty standard. Instead I got a child’s medium. Instead of returning my money because they gave me the wrong item they told me their policy was to exchange it for a different. Bad customer service. Will not get my business. Someone needs to reach out about this. I will post on every single review that I can. I have multiple emails and a lot to say."

"Just stopped by Party City for an item for my costume. The workers were rude and not at all helpful. There was a line across the store and 4 employees behind the counter with one register open. I purchased an item that was marked $7 on the rack but when I got up to the register it was $30. The price was not marked on the item itself. I expect things to be hectic close to Halloween but that was just unacceptable."
