"Have used this location for several years, staff mostly friendly and I would be notified of any issues with prescriptions. The most recent prescription request was weeks over. Called for status and was disconnected 3 times. By 4th call I was at their window listening to the call recording. I asked about the phone issue and was told they were too busy to answer the phone. Disappointed in their customer service procedures."
