"I’m a regular at this store because they usually have all the herbs and vitamins I need. I recently tested positive for COVID, so I called the store to see if they had the herbs I needed. Idk who this lady is upstairs, I know it’s not who I usually communicate with, but she is rude as hell. Kept trying to rush me off the phone. I called back today, because I noticed I was out of a few other things, and the samething. Like ma’am , chill out. I literally had to tell her I’m not done. Then, after I read one more herb off, she said are you done. I hung up. She’s rude"

"Oh, my GAAAWWWWD!!! I LOVE this place! I typically grow my own herbs for my apothecary work, but lots of them don't survive the winter, obviously. This place has damn near EVERYTHING one could possibly need, and for amazing prices as well! I even got containers - plastic and glass, here!! I've gotten so much, I don't think I have enough containers. Lol, time for another trip!!"
"I primarily shop their bulk herbs and food online and I am consistently surprised by the amount and quality of options available. Their prices are fair for how many exotic items they stock and in such quantity, plus they're the only place in the area that offers these specialty health items. Any time there is a change to my order due to low stock or substitutions, I promptly receive a phone call from a friendly staff member that offers solutions that satisfy both of us. My bulk orders are always ready for pickup the next day. The store is really cool, clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. I always see staff working to take inventory and organize the shelves.
