"When calling you may deem it unnecessary to get the receivers name however an incident occurred twice at the Taylor Rd. location. In December I called to verify a prescription that was received and asked that it be sent to Wetumpka location. Low and behold I arrived to Wetumpka 2 days later only to find that the prescription was never delivered causing me to drive into Montgomery unnecessarily. Last week I had another prescription called on and I called to check on it as it was a compound and was told it takes 2 days to make and then 2 more days to send to Wetumpka and I stated I would pick it up in Montgomery, Taylor road as I would be in town however, my plans changed and after new years day I was able to pay for a ride to pick up my prescription. Upon arrival to Montgomery finding out that my prescription was sent to Wetumpka although I requested to pick up in Montgomery was completely disregarded. I placed a request for a call any time I have a prescription now. The pharmacist asked me did I know who I spoke with. I only remember it being a male and it was the same one as before. If I had to do business here by choice I indeed would not. All calls should be recorded so it's now my responsibility bcz of lack of good customer service. DO BETTER Adam's Drugs!!!! I used my energy, time and gas money to only be disappointed twice. J needed to reserve all with my injuries and lack of funds. Walmart unbelievably actually has a better pharmacy and that's alot to say coming from someone that doesn't shop there."

"If you have the ability to change where you regularly pick up your prescription you definitely should consider changing to them. They are fast, FRIENDLY, knowledgeable and are stocker with many meds a lot of other pharmacies have on backorder. Walgreens and CVS don't even bother answering the phones anymore and usually have nasty attitudes. It is way better here."
