"My husband and I went in yesterday afternoon to shop for flooring for two large rooms in our house. The woman at the counter was not particularly interested in assisting us, and just asked us what we were looking for; then she literally pointed us to what we had intention of browsing and never inquired as to if we needed assistance during our visit and never asked if she could provide information about the products or business services that the store offered. Very unpersonable. We love to be able to support local businesses, but we will not be doing so after this experience."
