"Allied ( Coleman ) Moving couldn’t have been better to work with. The team that showed up to pack and the truck were awesome, very hard workers led by Javier I believe. Nick the driver was great as well as the team that unloaded the truck at our new house. Over all the moving experience was made a lot less stressful than what we were anticipating thanks to the whole Allied ( Coleman ) team including Mohugany back at the office that checked in on us during the move to make sure everything was going good."

"I moved May 5th out of state. Didn’t receive my belongings until Aug 02nd. We had most everything packed up already too. The people who came to finish boxing up everything (Which shouldn’t have taken more than a day) took 2 days to pack everything else up. Then the movers also took 2 days to get everything else out of the house. Not sure where along the line but there were furniture scratched up a bit, rips in out door furniture cushions and other minor issues. On a positive not they did get everything over here, just took time. Around the time of delivery, they made contact numerous times. They also made sure to make contact when the movers were there a couple times. So they are good at communicating. That’s the reason I gave three stars instead of 2."

"Great experience with Coleman WW Moving. Movers were very personable and asked questions when not sure what items needed to be packed. Movers worked well together to get the job done! We were able to move the delivery date of our furniture a day earlier which was appreciated."

"I recently used Coleman for an out of state move. The sales process and customer service were terrific, but it ended there. The movers did a poor job of packing and we had many items damaged. The repair service they contacted with stated they had never seen so much damage with one move. The final straw was when the driver left with my toolbox still on his truck. I have no doubt it was an accident, and I reached out to him and he acknowledged he had it and would ship it to me. He promised me on multiple occasions that he would send it, and finally told me his brother would send it. I communicated with his brother who told me he had shipped it. I asked for a tracking number but never received it. The item never arrived, and I spoke with the shipping company who told me to file a claim, that the driver didn't have it, even though I have it in in writing that he did. I have tried for over three months in good faith to get my toolbox back, but all in vain. It is a shame they don't have more people who are honest and do the right thing. Very disappointed."
