"Amazing little shop for home goods!"
"Chatham home is a charming store. Hope is very personable and really cares about her customers. They have nice furniture and are a great company if you are searching for some unique pieces, or you can design quality furniture of your own. Definitely a local business to support for amazing service and quality furniture to match."
"Recently purchased an awesome buffet from Chatham Home. We LOVE the piece and the store is awesome. Faith went out of her way to help us and is a delightful person. We will be returning in the future and recommend you do the same!"
"Stopped here because of the TV Show Good Bones. My wife wanted to see where the two chicks and hammer gals get there ideas. We liked walking around and looking at the cool pieces of furniture. The lady working the counter was friendly and the place extremely clean and well maintained. I will back with friends and alot of moola."
"Great product. Could work on their customer service. Heard they had a blue wash Sheesham wood wine server that would look amazing with our Sheesham dinning room table we purchased at Urban Styles. When I asked if they sold the "floor" model, the sales woman informed me in a condescending tone that they didn't have "floor models", they sold everything they had there in stock. As if my question was moronic. I asked because the one on the "floor" had a white scratch on it. Remember that scene in pretty woman when Julia goes into a shop and gets rejected by the sales clerk. Well, that's what it felt like. Chatham House, you just lost a $1300 sale. Addition: 3/5 we purchased the unscratched piece that the sales clerk claimed to be "one of a kind" from Urban Styles Furniture @ 40% off, their retail price - which was also cheaper than Chatham Home. So we thank you for being rude. You saved us $400. Hello Hope. Had I seen your original response sooner, I would have contacted you right away. It sounded very sincere. As I mentioned before, I have shopped there often for home accessories. I googled to look up your hours of operation tonight. The blown glass on drift wood caught my eye and I was hoping to purchase one. It's unfortunate that your addition calls me a liar. Only confirms my review based on, not your product but your "customer service". I won't be returning. Thanks."
