"What we like most about Porter Billing is their customer service and communication. They are very professional and ultra responsive! To be honest, when we signed up with Porter Billing we had no clue what we were doing. After we signed the contract, we found that we didn’t like their credit check system. We literally lost thousands of dollars because the broker wasn’t approved or it just took too long to get the approval. With that, we decided to switch to another company, but during the buyout process the other company was awful with communication and after nearly a month the process still wasn’t finished. Throughout this entire process Jessica and Daniel were so helpful, they went above and beyond their job to help in anyway they could. Because their values align with our company values we decided to stay with Porter Billing. Jessica told us they are aware of their issues and are actively working to fix it. We have seen evidence of that. The credit checks have been getting approved faster and the process is much smoother!!!"
