"We LOVE our sac couch and our giant love sac! We have 3 storage units and the covers are on backorder, so we have some seats without their covers currently. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had while figuring out what we wanted. We have pets and I requested a fabric that doesn't hold pet hair well and they pointed us in the right direction. Your packages come via FedEx and lovesac has a specialist contact you about your order and helps you with anything you need. Typical ship time is 1-4 weeks from ordering and we recieved ours in 5 days minus the backorder covers which typically take 4-6 weeks. The instructions for the seats can be found literally on the box itself. There is not a physical instructional manual you can hold in your hand and keep forever. There are some how to information on their website too. Everything is really simple and easy to use though. And you really can configure your couch in any way you like!"
