"Bedder Way is a good company with a quality product. My experience was great from ordering all the way down to install, and the bed is of extreme quality, durability, and aesthetic. Despite being more expensive than some other companies, I could not have asked for a better outcome. Communication during shipment was great, installation instructions were clear and well-written, product was well-packaged, and final result looks perfect. They simply did everything right. This is the natural maple vertical queen bed. If I could recommend anything, I wish they had pictures of what each stain color would look like on the final bed product, instead of just going off the sample squares they show. Thankfully, I picked right anyway. You get what you pay for!"

"Positive Experience!!! After an extensive search, we went with The Bedder Way and ordered a Queen vertical to put in our son’s old room. We needed something for guests, but wanted to still have space to use the room for other things. We had such a positive experience. The bed came and was delivered curbside. We took the face of the bed upstairs and carried the other box of contents piece by piece. We followed the instructions word-by-word and in 90 minutes we had a new bed. It was exactly what we wanted and needed for the space. We couldn’t be happier. We are in Cleveland it it is nice that they ship any where in the continental US. The fact that it is actually a wood bed fits in with the rest of the furniture. Super happy and recommend this company for anyone needing a Murphy bed."

"We built a backyard tiny house for family and searched high and low for just the right Murphy Bed for our needs. We wanted something both attractive and well made; Bedder Way was the only company we found that offered King Sized Murphy Beds with options for matching side cabinets and drawers. The design and bed mechanism is amazing, and the finish is gorgeous. I hired someone to put the bed together, the cabinet came fully assembled. I could not be more happy with the results. "Very disappointed in the delivery and “installation” part of this process. I read the website cover to cover and read only that there was no need to hire someone to install. That two people with simple household tools could install the bed. I assumed that meant that the bed would come assembled and we would put it together and install it on the wall. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The two end pieces came assembled but the main Murphy bed was in pieces (see pictures). This to me is not installation but building the bed. I would expect paying $7800 that I would not be building the bed myself. In addition, the delivery guy refused to help my husband move the four incredibly heavy boxes into the garage since it was raining. He would even cut the ties and help him get the boxes off the pallet. I really am upset with this whole process and misleading website directions. Lucky our lawn guys were here or the entire wood bed would have been left out in the rain until we could have hired someone to bring it in the house. The bed is made of solid wood which is nice however if I had known the lack of help I would have keep looking for an option that delivered and set up the bed, especially at this price."
