Karran USA 1291 Ramsey Road, Vincennes, IN 47591

"Purchased a white Karran sink during our home remodel. Worried that white would stain easily but went against our better judgment and surprise surprise, it gets stains all the time. We clean the sink religiously and also bought the Karran bottom grid in hopes that it would provide some additional protection but guess what? The grid has 4 plastic feet and I suspect there's a crack or hole in one of them because it has been leaving an orange, rusty looking stain under one particular foot. The grid that was supposed to PREVENT stains is now causing more stains! Don't bother reaching out to the company for help. I reached out and was assigned a salesperson Todd, who is not-responsive to emails at all. I finally touched base on the phone but didn't feel like he cared about my issue and the 2 minute phone call ended with him requesting an email with photos. I did and as you can imagine, no response."

"Karren Sinks company is the worst company on the planet. I ordered the product from amazon online. The product came in and was broke. The box has a sticker on it that states I only have 3 days from the time it arrives to report damage. And gives the customer care number to call if it is. I called the number and a lady gets on the phone with me and talked to me like I am from a different plant and she has about 2000 better things to be doing. She states several times that it in amazons problem not theirs and i need to call amazon. I'm sure amazon will take care of it as they have historically valued there customers. Here's my issue - TAKE YOU STICKER OFF THE BOX IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are reading this trying to determine to buy Karran - Please please go with another brand. I cant believe a company like amazon does business with such a horrible company."
