I have no complaints whatsoever about the service or the management and any problems that I have had were taken care of immediately. It’s sad when people bash a business because things don’t go their way and write bad reviews when the fault lies with them. I would definitely recommend Super 8 for your stay."

"From the start , I knew that this hotel was unsafe… but I didn’t want to make it seem like I was UNGRATEFUL: we stayed the first time for a night and I literally walked in the bathroom crying it was so dirty towels was messed up hot water was not at all just very off …. We came the second time & we stayed for a week almost and it was Infested with BEDBUGS ! Me and my daughter got bit up so bad …. The man was also not the kindest in my and I’m not trying to bash them but if you have children for their safety please do not take them here … between the bedbugs creepy men I don’t know which one was worse … I don’t even rate this … because it was just so traumatizing and very uncomfortable for me and my family"

"This place has bed bugs, Super 8 blamed us. We informed the health department and they came out and found bed bugs THEMSELVES! Now the rooms we stayed in have to get PROFESSIONALLY fumigated, and they tried to blame us ! Be careful while staying here"

"This hotel, even though the location is great and they have a huge semi parking lot..but that's the only 2 nice things I can say about this hotel. No one man's the desk, so when we got here there was no one to check us in. They do have a bell...but at our check in, it didn't work. The lobby is dated and the carpet is gross and very old. And because this place is owned by Indians it smells awful of curry. The room was dark and smelled of mold and mildew, which was amplified once the heat or the air was on. The carpet is filthy and really should be replaced with vinyl or something easier to keep clean, that doesn't trap moisture. The bed was ok but the pillows had no support. The sheets and towels were all stained. The bathroom was clean, but the tub had some stains and was cracked. I did shower here, as we stayed for 4 days, and the water was either scalding or freezing, no in between and the shower head was clogged with lime scale. I did a through inspection and found no bed bugs or roaches, which is a plus. This hotel could be alot better if it was updated and didn't smell like mold. After 4 days both my husband and I aren't feeling well...I can only attribute that to my stay here. You definitely get what you pay for but next time I come to town I won't stay here...this was my first and last time here."
