"It was ok. They have a good selection of Medallion cabinets on display along with different counter tops. We were greeted when we entered but not very enthusiastically. The lady seemed hesitant to help and was more worried about commuting lead time and long delays than getting the process started. I know lead times are long but wanted to get started. We got handed off to another associate who stated again the lead time and it would be a month before they could even start the project. They didn't even take out information to follow up or schedule a future appointment. Just told us to look around and review products to get an idea of what we like. Felt like we were in a big box store, lacking personal service. Business is booming right now with plenty of work but shouldn't dismiss customers that could be the future. Was overall an underwhelming experience. Will be looking for a contractor or a cabinet place that provides a more personal touch."

"We just completed a kitchen remodel with American Kitchen and Bath. Chayanne was our designer. The services was amazing from beginning to end. The owner, Jim, even made sure we got plenty of candy and water to keep us fueled each time we were in the store. :-) Chayanne set aside time multiple times to sit down with us and talk through exactly what we wanted, while providing very thoughtful suggestions that would make our kitchen as useful as possible. He responded immediately to questions via email and phone. The initial project design was out of our price range, but he immediately researched and found an alternative that managed to include all our needs AND wants at a price point that was well within our budget. The cabinet installer that was recommended was professional and extremely efficient. The granite shop and installers were excellent as well This was an excellent experience for us, and we will be returning for upcoming projects. We highly recommend American Kitchen & Bath!"
