"Would not shop here again. I ordered a Laguna band saw (which is great) online for in store pickup. Got an email it was ready for pickup. I showed up and they struggled finding one. Then the worker (who I assume is the manager, but never introduced himself) walked me over to the floor model and said "well, here it is." I asked if I would receive a discount because I ordered a new one but they were giving me a floor model. He said no, then acted like I was just trying to get out of paying. He was very rude and ended the conversation with "you're just lucky I'm not charging you extra for putting it together for you." I was not prepared to transport a fully assembled saw. I planned on transporting it in the packaging so it would be protected during the long drive. If I were not in such a time crunch to get on with my day, I would not have taken delivery. But I felt I didn't really have a choice. In the end I don't feel like I got what I paid for. They gave me a floor model saw with surface rust. I don't know who put it together but I guess I have to trust that it is done correctly. Why go here when Rockler is right down the street?"
