"Have bought several roofs through them over the years but do not have a normal account cash only sales Normally takes less than a week to get my steel for my roof a week and a half in to waiting they forgot to order it but have cashed my customers check so now they are telling me they can get it in less than a week and a half Rush order so a week and a half goes by call was told my material was in 2 days ago no call went to pick up was short several pieces of key trim still could not start job a month after customer paid $7,000 for material and when I brought up all the issues that we have had they told me they were sorry it helped me and my customer feel great"

"Your Facebook page and Google page says they open at 7:00 in the morning however they open at 6:00 so I wasted an hour of my day waiting for them to open up when I brought it to their attention over Facebook the guy that was running the Facebook was kind of grouchy nevertheless apparently the 40 sheets of drywall that I purchased doesn't mean anything to him because he said the main customers know ours so with that being said apparently they don't want new customers.. and also with that being said I was looking at building a pole barn and have since purchased one with a different lumber Company And they're actually going to build it."
