I took my Toro Timecutter Z4420 there Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning the very nice and cordial young lady by the name of Haylee/Hayleigh/Hailee/Hayley was very quick to give me a call back and let me know that my machine was going to be looked at very quick and she listened very well and is attentive by Wednesday morning the service technician had already diagnosed the problem and GOT THE MOWER RUNNING WAHOO! So I say it was worth the money I spent to have it diagnosed because they could of charged me more but they didn’t which was very kind of the young lady and her team THEY EVEN GAVE ME A FREE KEY FOR MY MOWER CAUSE I FORGOT MINE AT HOME Will for sure be coming back to them in the future if I ever have any issue with my Toro Thank y’all so much!"

"Editing my review to say that they’ve tried to find out what was wrong and couldn’t find anything wrong. It continued having issues. They’ve now let us come in and trade for another cart without any depreciation from the value of the original. We’re very hopeful it was just a dud from t he manufacturer and bad luck. Can’t wait to enjoy our new cart with our kids. Spent $11k on a golf cart for my family. A month later it’s broken and they haven’t gotten it taken care of. Front desk girl told me “to try charging it” when I originally called like I was too stupid to know to charge the cart. This was on Thursday September 15th. They sent someone to pick it up monday without the correct size trailer. Very nice kid, but does me no good since he couldn’t pick it up. Then the manager told me to “tighten the battery terminals” to try and fix it myself. Did that.. still doesn’t work. It’s now September 22nd and they still can’t send anyone tofix it or pick it up. It “should” get picked up Monday evening. I have 3 kids by myself so I can’t get it to them myself or I would. Extremely disappointed with the amount of money I spent on a cart that won’t work and is taking weeks to even be looked at."

"I bought a golf cart over the phone with the cart shop and they were A-1! Ordered a few accessories and just like everything else with "Covid" everything is delayed, BUT as soon as my parts came in I was notified! I've seen a few negative comments but I also know we're all human and not perfect, all in all my service was fantastic so 5 stars!"
