"My experience at this Walgreens branch has always been positive. The pharmacist has been extremely helpful in sorting out my new insurance and transferring prescriptions since a recent move to the area. The drive up clerks are always courteous and I’ve never waited so long as some people are reporting. Might be the time of day or the luck of getting behind a complicated customer. Sometimes it’s not the staff’s fault."

"My husband was left waiting at the drive-through window for 25 minutes yesterday afternoon. He even called the store, and they said they'd be right there, but then never came. Meanwhile, walk-in customers were coming and going. This has happened multiple times -- they just ignore the window. This makes it difficult when you have a disabled child who can't go into the store, but can't be left alone in the car."
