"I used this place for years and never had a problem except with one lady. I guess she had a problem with the type of medication I get because it was only when I had to deal with her that it was a nightmare. She literally made it impossible to fill my medication each time I interacted with her which was weird because it was never a problem before or even when dealing directly with the pharmacist. You shouldn't work at a pharmacy if you feel some type of way towards people who are on certain medications. She made me feel awful about myself. Thank God I found a new pharmacy that doesn't treat me this way."

They say the prescription is going to be ready at a specific time and it is ready at that time! I had many problems at other drug stores. I would call the drug store to make sure if the script was ready for pick up and they said yes. I would make a trip to the drug store and I would have to wait on line or leave and come back to the store. It was so frustrating! Save Rex drugs store is like a breath of fresh air. When I call them to make sure if my script is ready for pick up. If they say yes, I believe them, it is wonderful!
