"Terrible company that is based on profit margins not family reunification. I have had issues with a terrible coach that was more than just unprofessional. Now it's a few days before mother's day and they contact me to tell me if I can't come for a visit on Thursday or Friday then I want be able to see my daughter this week. The average blue collar working class person cannot just take off work we a two day notice and impact family counseling should know that mother's day falls on the same day every year but yet they can't keep their commitments to DHR or to me personally. They have had weeks to let me know this but they contact me a few days before my visit. DHR do better choosing the companies you force people to use. And Impact Family Counseling don't get into a business model that you can't facilitate. Enjoy my read Mrs. Hubbard."
