Reviews
"Very courteous, kind and professional. Helped us several times and we were always cared for as we would have expected. Mostly on time, but always communicated when they were delayed. We are out far from town and they would even asked if they could bring anything I needed from town, one time- even dog food. I recommend them."
"#1, Took them a week to contact me, then lied about leaving messages they never sent. #2, Nurse arrived, had me sign documents, applied a too small bandage on my grade 4 pressure wound which fell off within a few hours, and left with my supply of methaltrex antimicrobial bandages. She did leave 1 too small sacral bandage, but it is useless. When I phoned to request more bandages Bridget sent 1, Claimed that it would last 4 days when they fill with cirrus and have to be changed 1-2 times a day. Refused to send more without a prescription from a different doctor. Rude, dishonest, do not recommend."
"While one of the nurses was very helpful and very kind, most of the remaining staff refused on multiple occasions to communicate with family, making unilateral decisions about mother's care without communicating with her family. Refused to send PT even though they had orders to do so. Refused to provide a COVID test even though they had orders to do so."
