"They are all very nice, considered and professional. They fill our prescriptions very fast. They remember your names and always say high. I like doing business with them a lot better than their competitors."
"Stayed in the car while my Husband went in. They were fast that day cause my husband was only in their for about 5 to10 mins. I thought the medicine wasn't ready but he said he had it."
"I can't recommend this pharmacy. On Feb. 03,2021, I needed to refill my prescription. My regular Pharmacy( Publix) was out and I decided to try Springhill @3715 Dauphin St. My medication is not covered under my health insurance so I've always used the Good Rx card at Publix. Publix only charges $10.40 when I present my Good Rx card.. When I went to Springhill they would not accept the Good Rx card and then charged me full retail of $58.00.They also required that I transfer my remaining refills of the prescription from Publix to Springhill or they would not fill the prescription. I felt like a hostage being blackmailed. I should never have let my meds run out, thus I only have myself to blame, Springhill took advantage of a situation and now I'm returning the favor by leaving this honest factual review. I totally was ripped off and I believe that the people of Mobile, Alabama should AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PHARMACY.. THEY ARE UNCARING AND ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY. The Pharmacist explained that he is an independent Pharmacy and he does not have to accept the Good Rx card. I understood perfectly what his message was, I hope he gets my message that people are not stupid and certainly don't deserve to be taken advantage of especially when it involves medication. Gary L."
"The head pharmacist was very rude always, never willing to answer questions. His staff was allised to take rude and one young lady argued with me. One of the employees would just deliberately b rude to me and nothing was ever said. The head pharmacist was giving me some diabetic medicine and I asked him how fo uae it. He told me. Go across the hall, they got a class!. Very rude and unprofessional. Only a older black lady was nice and would try to help u and. Older gentleman' that was a pharmacist would try and help me. It qas fhe worst experience I have ever had in the medical field. U have no idea what is going on. How they treat some people."
