"This Walgreens is pathetic, my Dr. electronically sent my prescription and they refused to fill it. First they called me and said it was ready but when I got there to pick it up they said it was on backorder and they continued to give me the backorder story for 4 months until they just canceled my prescription. If you need your meds please get them from somewhere else. They also will literally keep putting your call on hold for hours. No professionalism at all."

"My RX was on back order. When I called to get an estimate on expected refill she argued that I was not in her system. I ordered thru app. She couldn’t spell my name and then got mad at me for trying to spell it out. I work with the public and I treated them with respect unlike Walgreens and not just this location. But this was the worst. If you don’t like your job then quit and stop taking it out on customers."

"Was trying to pick up medicine for my sick 5yr old. Was told rudely that they were out of that medicine, instead of "sorry sir we are currently out." From my past experiences, pharmacist offer to look around at other locations for the availability and often times can get the medicine ordered to their pharmacy. In any case, no apologizes, no offers to look around at other walgreens pharmacies, nor offered to come back after they request an order to get the meds filled/restocked. I only came to your location because you work 24/7, glad I don't depend on this pharmacy on a daily!"

"Operations manager at the pharmacy pick up Salina window broke HIPPA law when I went to pick up a friend’s prescription. Also Refused to give me a filled prescription until she moved all her prescriptions there. My friend wrote a review, and Selena called her to let her know she got her complaint, threatened to remove all her prescriptions, and was calling her doctor. She’s not a pharmacist she doesn’t make decisions like that."
