"I have been to this pharmacy 5 times and all 5 times the customer service has been rude and no smiles . I've gotten better service and kindness at mc donalds ..!!unbelievable!!..1st time I spent 30 minutes in drive thru ..2nd time I could not get prescription filled, told me to come back in two hours later .2 hours??? Really?? 3rd time was very rude about a passenger smoking a cigarette in my own personal property.. 4th time ..sent me away said it would be 2 hours again to fill ..then today again very rude, even her other colleagues seen the negative reaction she made to customer..and surprisingly they had my prescription filled but wanted to charge me when my insurance would cover it . Well I have had enough of the abuse and negativity.. I left straight to wallgreens, walk in showed my ID and insurance..came back handed me my prescription signed my name ,and only words I said was ty ... no run arounds . Very nice and polite ! May be a little pricey, but don't mind paying extra for kindness ..and I give no stars .."

"This was my first time visiting here, I made an appointment for today to get a covid shot which I was a bit nervous about. I’m always a bit nervous when it comes to needles, but everyone that helped me today was super caring and very personable. Two very nice ladies were very kind to me and without even knowing helped me through it! I would recommend everyone to go to Semmes Pharmacy! Thank you so much for such a great experience!"

Love it Even though getting bigger they know you by name.. and when my daughter got burned severely on her hand pediatrician told me to scrub daily then antibiotics on it thankfully they showed me how to treat and take care of it without it hurting her.. Can't say enough good about them."

"I went in today to get a covid shot. It was easy to make an appointment on line for the same day. When I got there, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. A gentleman then came out to discuss the different options for covid vaccinations. Then in a private room, I guess the gentleman sensed that I was apprehensive about getting the shot. I explained that I needed it for a job I recently landed and that I had doubts about the big pharma shots. He explained all the different shots to me with their pros and cons. He also expressed any side effects I should consider. In the end, he helped me make an informed decision about my health. He was very professional, friendly and appeared to actually care about my choice. That's hard (impossible) to find in a large chain pharmacy. I can't thank him and the staff enough for a great visit to a small town I've never been in. If I lived anywhere near Semmes, I'd use Semmes Pharmacy exclusively!"

"For years I used a national chain pharmacy, until my wife referred me to Semmes Pharmacy. Needless to say, I will never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, personable, and provide superior service. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable, helpful, and are proactive with information about possible side effects of taking certain prescriptions with other ones. No other pharmacy I have ever used has been this helpful. At Semmes Pharmacy, you are not a number; not just a customer; no, you are part of their family where they greet you by name.
