"I hate leaving a poor review for anyone because we all have our bad days. Generally I'll just go elsewhere and stay quiet but ongoing issues with this Walgreens pharmacy can't be ignored. Three different times I've tried calling this pharmacy due to an extraordinarily long time waiting for a prescription to get filled. I never could get someone to answer and gave up at around 30-40 minutes of being on hold each time. Finally I got a message informing me that my prescription was ready for pickup, 2 minutes before the pharmacy closed. Today I went to the pharmacy to find the drive thru closed. Bad luck - it happens. I stood in a long line and was treated politely but only received part of my order. When I asked about the other prescriptions I was told nothing else was showing up. Again, the lady was very friendly. When I returned home I got a message telling me my unfulfilled prescriptions had been cancelled with no explanation but there was a number to call with any questions - the same number I'd had rotten luck with the last few days. I called anyway and when it got to 1 hour and 30 minutes I decided to drive back to Walgreens and wait in line since I was getting near closing time. I kept the call going the entire time just in case. When I arrived the line was even longer and I could hear the phone steadily ringing behind the counter. When my call reached just under 2 hours it was my turn so I hung up. I showed the worker the cancelled prescriptions and he pulled my account up. They were out of both items (understandable - again it happens) but I wanted to make sure that they would be filled once they were back in stock instead of simply cancelled. I'm still not sure that was settled. The gentleman wasn't rude but when I told him I'd been on hold with them for almost 2 hours with a question that could've taken back few seconds to answer he just shrugged. It's a mess and I understand how hectic this can get but it can be done better."
