"My wife and I worked with Tonya and Mike in the store. They were friendly and just pleasant to work with, even after some changes and rescheduling we had made. Installer on the first project was Dennis who completed a ceramic tile job for our kitchen remodel project on time and without any issues. With the quality of the material, excellent craftsmanship, and the goal being low maintenance we just completed finishing our living room with ceramic tile. We had Dennis again by request who brought Seth to help. There were six walls plus two entryways = a lot of tile and came out awesome. We would not only highly recommend, but starting to work on a third project. Five star value + five star craftsmanship."

"Simple laminate flooring for one bedroom not completed as estimated by Mike. Job assigned to subcontractor who deviated from floor plan and then failed to place base board quarter round. Sub-contractor directed to return on a later date at his convenience but ha failed to show up, apparently,he thought it was a different date! I purchased and installed the base quarter round at my expense. No follow up from ownership!!! Negative Stars for customer service!"
