"The office staff was very helpful and nice to work with. The initial phone call from the carpet installer was okay, I wish some expectations were laid out before the installation. The techs were pretty messy and careless. A lot of staple were left everywhere and caused my dogs paws to bleed twice. Extra carpet was stored in rooms that carpet wasn't being installed in, again I don't know if this is normal. My house was a mess. My sports memorabilia was knocked over and I was not told about it. The manager did take some cost off the labor which was helpful."
