"New window installation: We replaced 10 double hung windows and installed all new wood interior trim. Tim, our salesman was transparent, honest and straight to the point. Great communication throughout the process. The reason we chose KRAZ was the *method of installation along with the window quality and warranty. Kraz differed, in that they removed our vinyl siding and installed the new windows (*new construction style) with a nail flange to the face of the house. Our house has never been more comfortable with even room temperatures throughout.(+ energy savings)$$$ Great professional crew in every way. When it comes to windows, KRAZ shines in every way !"

"This is a belated review, but they were so great it's worth sharing. We worked with Kraz in 2021 to replace (4) casement and (2) picture windows. From first contact to install, I interacted with six different people at Kraz, and they were all lovely. Frank and his co-installer had a tricky time figuring out how the picture windows (16'+ up) had been installed so that they could get them out - a situation that was time consuming, and I'm sure frustrating; yet they remained calm, patient and professional throughout. We had an issue with the caulk that was used for the windows, and I would knock a star for this, but Dave's response and offer to "make it right" earned the star right back. Kraz will be our first call when we need to replace our lower windows and sliding doors."

"My husband and I had 6 exterior doors to be installed, the sales experience was ok but the guy sold us doors that weren't possible to make for the openings we have and we had to reselect. After the install, we had issues with all of the doors in some way. (Chipped handles, doors not installed plumb, screen doors not latching, etc.) Spoke to Jeff and he was extremely rude. I was told not to call sales with an install issue... I was then given to a project manager who came out and assured me the issues would be fixed by him personally. He ended up calling me and sent someone else over who did fix many of the issues but some are still unresolved and at this point I would rather deal with them myself instead of having a 3rd installer come out to leave with more unresolved issues. None of this would have happened if Kraz didn't jump the gun on the install, they could have called to let me know the door guy was out on vacation and couldn't do my install. Instead, they sent a siding installer over to do my doors which resulted in a horrible install job. I do not feel they did what they needed to do to fix the issues they caused and for that we will never use them and encourage everyone we know to stay away from them as well."
