"I bought a king size bed/mattress from this store in late March 2016 for $800 and it broke in mid July 2016. When I called the store to inquire about repair/replacement, I was given the run around for 2 days. I was told the manufacturer (Coaster) would not replace the bed. I'm telling the lady "it's only been 4 months. What kind of company won't stand behind their furniture after 120 days?!?" I was given excuses: maybe I was too big. I'm 6'0 250LBS and have been this weight since I played football in high school. Have owned several beds and NONE of them broke like this. It was simply shoddy workmanship. So she says, she "feels bad" and will replace my bed so long as I share the cost with her. The cost being another $150 out of my pocket. This was simply extortion. I agreed to pay the money because sleeping on a couch wasn't working out at all. So, the delivery guys (who were pretty cool) arrive with the "new" bed the next afternoon. They were instructed to set up my new bed but never were told ot break down the old one. So I'm heated and we call the store. Mason, the manager, instructs them to remove the old bed providing I give them the money first before they begin anything. I gave them the money and they replaced the bed......with another Coaster bed. This place is a rip off. Get your warranty in writing if you dare to but any costly item from these people. Keep your receipt and pay for everything by credit card so you can dispute it later if they try to pull this on you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!"
