"Decent prices and a large selection. However, after the sale was over and we needed help, the company made us feel small and insignificant when seeking out assistance for a couch that began to fall apart. Calls and emails took weeks to be returned. I think we were very cordial and professional throughout. I rarely leave poor reviews (please look at my other reviews so you can see I'm always supporting business as best I can), but when my wife comes to me in tears after an phone conversation from this company, I can't in good conscious recommend this company. "Very helpful staff. Huge selection of furniture to choose from. Can order items in just about every conceivable finish or color. I ordered a bedroom set living room furniture, some unusual pieces to choose from. Having my furniture delivered tomorrow and will be able to see how the delivery goes."
