"I gave one star because you can't post negative stars. I called and made an appointment for my very first session. I was ask to arrive early so that I could fill out some paperwork. I arrived at 3:30 and the office door was locked. I knocked a few times before returning to my car. I called the number that's posted to see what might have happened but no one answered. I sat outside the office until 3:52. My appointment was at 4:00 o'clock. I decided to leave at 3:52. I received a call at 4:10 asking if I was gonna make it to the appointment. I told her what I had done and she replied that she had to pick up her son from school but that she was there at 3:40. I didn't want to argue but I didn't leave until 3:52 . Then she ask how I was going to pay for the missed appointment because she required a 24 hour notice of canceled appointment. Keep in mind I've never seen her and she never told me that when I made the appointment. But I did pay for the appointment that I was locked out of because I made it and left at 3:52 instead of leaving at 4:01. I'll find somewhere else to go. I feel like this was very unprofessional behavior."
