"I had a good experience with customer service when I needed to ask a question. Unfortunately, the person in front of me in the line didn't have such a good experience. The store had made an error in signage, and didn't listen to the customer. I've seen them do a price override on the word of the customer, especially when the store made an error. Sadly, the store representative didn't make the choice to make that customer happy today. The cashier didn't have a choice, she only did what she was told."
