"Love the store and amazing staff, but the prices are overly expensive. A markup for convenience is understandable, but these prices go beyond that… it’s ridiculous how every single item has a 50-70% increase in price compared to stores just two blocks away. Thus, the cost of items is not cost-competitive and makes repeat customers arrive ONLY during emergencies or last minute visits. I hope they can readjust their markups, so the average person can come in more frequently."

"I was in this store on accident while staying at the Hilton hotel on Michigan Ave and picked up a coffee and croissant. This store was immaculate, the service was fantastic, and being downtown, you think everything costs an arm and leg. This store was so reasonably priced for the area. Also, I was amazed to see a grocery store downtown- a really cool concept, and If I lived in the area, I would be shopping there all the time. AMAZING STAFF AND SUPER CLEAN PS. I came back later that night to buy some spirits as a gift."
