"I normally really consider giving negative reviews but I purchased the roasted chicken with much skepticism from this location on Monday, February 5, 2024. I was skeptical because all of selections looked overcooked. With regret, I purchased anyway. I was/am very disappointed to find that the roasted chicken wasn’t just overcooked (burned) but very dry. Went to the Jewels on Wabash and noticed their fresh roasted chicken selections, not only were they full of beautifully cooked chickens but had all of the selections. I’ve had pull the scorched skin from the roasted, dry chicken I purchased on 2/5/2024, and it doesn’t even taste like chicken because it has been overcooked and dried out. I’m a senior and travel by public transportation, mentioning this because would have returned this horrible purchase and a waste of my money item. Posting in hopes that a responsible manager would reach out and refund or replace this bad experience. Respectfully waiting for a response. A long-time customer. Thank you."
